Arcana Lane products are made with care. Whether it is a personal reading or a physical product, we want you to be happy with what you receive. Here is how we handle returns and refunds, depending on what you ordered.

Readings

Arcana Lane readings are personal. Each one is drawn, written, and delivered for one person and one question. That means they cannot be resold, reassigned, or returned in the traditional sense.

Once your PDF reading has been delivered, it is yours. Because it is made entirely for you, we are unable to offer refunds after delivery. If something doesn't feel right, or you have questions about your reading, please reach out. We will always take the time to listen and find something that works.

For live readings: if you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will find a new time together. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or no-shows, cannot be refunded. If something goes wrong on our end, we will always make it right.

Physical products

We have a 30-day return policy for all physical products. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with any original packaging intact. Please also keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@arcanalane.com. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as we are unable to accept unsolicited returns. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

The following items cannot be returned: personalised or custom products, digital products after delivery, and sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union - 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused and in its original condition, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@arcanalane.com.

Gifts

If a reading or product was purchased as a gift and the recipient would prefer something different, please get in touch. We will see what we can do.
